Job Description

1. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with customers. Should have excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team in leading & motivating towards achieving organizational goals.

2. Experience in Business Development, Client Handling, provide After Sales Service, AMC and other technical support to the customer.

3. Involve from business development activities to getting order completion.

4. To meet concerned railway persons i.e. concerned CPWI, AEN, DEN, Sr.DEN, DY CE, CE, CTE and PCE from the time of doing presentation to them for generating the indents and getting the orders.

5.Should possess excellent qualities of Relationship building with the customers.

6. Involve in presales strategies for deal pricing/bidding and estimations & negotiation.

7. Analyse the competitive environment for Product, evaluating market need, current usage, and competitor presence and pricing.
